After New York I flew to the West Coast to spend just over a week in California. Thanks to the beautiful Nicole of Gary Pepper Vintage, who invited me along on a mini road trip to San Francisco with her boyfriend Luke, and Emily of Little Black Book- but more on San Fran later! We spent our LA days wandering the smoggy city streets, seeing the typical tourist sights and over saturated, over sized everything that is Los Angeles.
To be completely honest LA isn't my favourite place in the world, but just because it wasn't my cup of tea doesn't mean we didn't have fun. LA housed some of the best and cheap vintage I've ever come across, and we could have spent all day doing a potential movie montage at American Vintage. Instead, we blew hours trying on dozens of wigs on Hollywood Boulevard and yes, we invested in one each (mine is bright pink) which doubles as the perfect souvenir. Thrifting, strolling down Venice Beach, cocktails bigger than my head in West Hollywood and watching the sunset over the Hollywood Hills made for an actual 'holiday' feel post NY.
Sounds and looks amazing, LA is one of my favourite shopping destinations in the world!

lovvve your photos! The problem with LA is that there are so many different places to go that you can't fit it all in, in one trip! We promise there would be some areas that could easily make you fall in love with the city :-)
